I'm not fully sure, but the context of the party is set up with Kofi/Cassandra/Billy - I can't remember why she ends up going, there's an ice cream scene later on, maybe that's a flashback that explains it. It gets very disjointed at points and should probably be refined before the final version.

you gott clear the app data of the game
go to - c-user-username-appdata-roaming-renpy
then delete the folder with the game name
and then install the game.... should work fine

NOTE : save data will be gone
