You are trying to impose your own opinion on others, and you're openly saying to remove the cheating path just because you don't like it. Otherwise, in my opinion, every path has its own place and each should be addressed fairly.

Exactly Raising Phallus that's the missing piece for cuck path, if he doesn't end up embracing it it's just forced and contradicting because he enjoys it though not approving of it so hopefully he changes his mind eventually.

I don't know, after the party update I fully expected the Hulk-Woman to become a hateful bitch - and that would be the rest of the story. But what the author cooked was surprisingly unexpected.
Not to mention other - more minor - stuff.

I agree, although the Freya Cruel sub-path of the Cuckold path(should actually be called sharing path) is kinda NTR(maybe a little bit)
