Principal's car breakdown happens when you leave home after 7:50 am, school visitation event happens when you get to school at 8 am. The envelope thing usually happens after every school visitation event and the wine thing at the mall just happens every time.

EDIT: I also discovered you can run on the school track as many times as you want per day with no time passing. Which is why the str stat is capped.

slutty star changes the codes from time to time. You can search for them your own very easily or wait until someone spoils the surprise again

With str 0, encountering the rollerskating Veronica in the park temporarily puts you in a loop where you run after her and fail, leave her, and start the event over again until it gets to be noon(ish).
