. Downloading issues? Look here.The game is unplayable. It looses all window.* functions at some point. I looked in the code to fix it, but it's behond saviing. I don't know why, maybe it's some strange and buggy anticheat system, but for some reason when you press some buttons insteaqd of them doing someting, there are liseners that starts timers that calls window.someting function.. so in example when you sleap instead of just adding one day to the counter, it goes thru multiple events and timers... and someting in mess fucks at some point deleting global functions and variables. Also therethere is a function that tries to connect to some site, no matter what you choos in the beggining, with is obviously not working when you download the game, becaue of the CORS. The generates errors that are not proparly put in try catch and in result probably breaks event and tiimers, because JS is a single thread, if someting breaks and it's not handeled, it can cancel other things. There is no point to trying it until this mess is removed, but probably it's too late to be saved...
Yeah, at this point, to fix it, someone with actual coding knowledge would have to start from scratch and rewrite the whole game.
too bad the story was interesting, but the dev doesn't seems to care bout all the bugs reported, you can't even progress at some cause of buggy quests
The problem is that it's very likly that he can't see the bugs and probably don't belive that there is a problem.There is a CORS error to his hosting when you download the game or when it's hosted on tird party server, that probably breaks the timers at some point. This probably never happens to him, because how his networc is configured, but it's 100% guratired to happen for everybody else. Otherwise it's not that bad. Only the window.someting fuctions needs to be removed, with is mostly the system how the time in the game is passing needs to be changed with a more simple one and probably 99% fh the bugs will be fixed and the rest will be easy to fix. But it's still a rework, not a one line fix.
This game is hopelessly broken. Don't waste your time trying to find triggers for events. If they didn't trip when the girl's hints say it's supposed to, it doesn't work.
