Good point! I think in that case we might even be talking about histrionic personality disorder (HPD, often confused with narcissism in current-day vernacular).
In an earlier reply I offered that her choice of starting a channel/business like this is characterization in itself.
She'd want the spotlight and attention and perhaps even dreams of getting invited and sponsored to visit exotic locations and travel the world without it costing a dime. I think it stands to reason that if you start a channel, you'd pick a topic that interests you and would allow you to engage with it more. But you wouldn't start any channel if you're not open to a certain level of fame.

I'm very glad you 2 know already where you're going with this. I feel it doesn't just result in better, tighter plots, but helps against the "I'm halfway done and have no idea what to do anymore" stress that leads to abandonment too.

I like the story and the relationship between Lukas and Martina.
Martina obsession about her channel is annoying, but in a good way. I mean she has her flaws, it's feel realistic.
The sex scene is great. It's not some soulless fuck. As Saerwen pointed it out, it's good to see a male character performing a cunnilingus. It's show how he cares as much about his partner's pleasure as his own.
It's not porn. It's two people loving each other and making love.
It's such a change from most of the games here.
Martina is cute (even if I'm an old fart who don't like so much unrealistic hair colour ).
Also, the main menu and option like the transparency slider show all the work you put in your game.
My only complain, is that the cutescenes in the prologue are a bit too fast.
