kinda. certain scenes get her knocked up and will then spawn a child in the other portion of the house. not sure if its bugged or not but only ever got one kid regardless of how many times it triggers. The character portrait on the lewd crystal will also get progressively pregnant as lewd % increases. And finally: there are 2 preggo sex scenes
