But for the purposes of the tags, whether it should be tagged with "gay" or "lesbian" content is dependent on if the femboys identify as men or women, and most of them currently in the game are women. If future builds have more male femboys and they have sex with other men then the tags can be revisited.

We'd be having the same conversation if a tomboy fetish game had male tomboys, whether cis or trans. And if we do, make sure to tag me, I'm a big fan of tomboys getting plapped.

They are still men, and it is gay sex if two men are having sex, no matter their looks. We can obviously pretend and that is what people use to cope with being attracted to such things. If that fantasy works for you then I say good, it is your sexual life after all, I am happy for you, also games are fantasy, the characters are almost always hyper sexualised versions, so femboys are quite often pictured as incredibly feminine looking with tiny dicks and no to little boobs, but they are still boys, thats why it is femboy.
I am myself a very feminine boy (adult) on hrt for quite some time but my mental state is great and I understand that I will never be a real woman. But I also understand that some people in similar position to mine are in really bad mental health state due to multiple reasons and their surroundings, so they need to cope with such situation in their own way.
