It would appear as this dev is doing an extended edition much in the style of Neverlucky.
Using URM I have seen two choices where one option checks for the extended edition, probably to unlock an image in what I assume is a bonus image gallery. And of course the scene that has a whole continuation in the extended edition.

Indeed, when one that's identified male at birth identifies as a woman, it's not gay anymore. Thus, assuming both identify as a woman (seems like it), means that the scene between Jade and Mila is a lesbian scene. For Scarlett it seems pretty clear already she identifies as a woman (note that she's also addressed as she/her by the announcer (menu)). So the scene with MC, also not gay.
And here's F95's `femboy` tag definition:

) Next to Jade's (still have to see them naked o/c), I'd say Scarlett's are prominent as well.So based on this reasoning, there's currently no gay content.
(Btw, (perhaps it's helpful), Alternative Shemevolution [LittleMed] [VN][Ren'Py] is an example of a game that features (more) typical femboys (next to cis women and a trans/futa FMC))

hoping author will not put some choices under paywall, I gadly support sometimes games like that but if they put shitty paywall I will never give a penny to them

Now that i've played it properly, my secret and traitor to Wales comes out, i'm a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter. I do watch Welsh football but I went to my first Liverpool game at 5 with my cousin and been a supporter since.
I say that because during one conversation the MC says Scarlets position would be playmaker ..... that's not a position. That's a role an attacking or central midfielder would take.
Guys like Steven Gerard, Kenny Dalglish, Graham Souness, John Barnes, Jan Molby, Xabi Alonso, Steve McManaman (fun fact, McManaman was the first person to ever sign a shirt for me, it's still hung up in my room, bit too small for me now).
