currently, the game is just a wave shooter, except if you get "caught" (an enemy touches you), the enemy penetrates the character (or some similar dominant sexual act). There is currently no transformation of the character, whether that be masculinizing or feminizing. The character stays as a femboy with a penis, and neither becomes a masculine man, nor gains a vagina.
Maybe the dev will decide to add some transformation content in the future, or maybe not, but as of current, this is the situation.

Hell, his sentiment is even weirder than "ew futa". His first comment in this thread was saying that it's "femboy garbage". Even if all enemies in this game were changed to female, it wouldn't stop being "femboy garbage" for him, so he still wouldn't be satisfied unless this game essentially loses it's entire identity. And despite that, he still won't fucking blacklist this game's thread.
An extra layer of hilarity is that these angry faces that now replace the facepalm emoji still count as a "like" for a comment (they add to the "likes" counter in your profile), so it only makes him an even bigger loser for taking his sweet time to essentialy "angry upvote" everyone in this thread while putting a spotlight on how pissed off he is about other people interests.
