You should be ready to fight her if you have beat the bunny boss at least once. Movement speed is key along with haste usage since she has an ability to slow you. (I could barely outrun her at maxed movement speed + haste + roll spamming)

This, a toggle to disable it would also be very welcome, as well as the cumsplurt.jpg that shows up on the screen. It took me a while to realize that was your character cumming, not the npc, and it gets in the way of the CGs and would make the pixel animations that I hope get more fleshed out more clearly visible.

i mean... if she is set before the lily, that means you can best her easier then lily.
lily on her own isnt as strong as kaly is, but the goonies are the thing that makes her enounter 3 or 4 times harder (in both ways possible).
lily is made as a boss to have minions and thats it. she only has the evade jumps and karate kick, while kaly has a debuffing slow, speed buff and a stomp, traps and from what ive heard, can jump over fences (I didnt see that one yet for myself so I cant agree nor deny).
also, kaly's termin helps her, while lily's can be used as an advantage or disadvantage.
(there was a problem in earlier days when she acted almost the same as maeve when trying to do a flying kick, and you could just stand across the hole and you would be throwing free damage until she had to jump into the rabbit hole.)
also, i experienced a problem with her when she reaches the % that triggers her rush to the hole while trying to unlock her handjob art (while locked up, and I couldnt get it, I WONDER WHY. i thought that if you unlock the cage that it can stay on for stats, but that it can be removed for encounters, but its not). i was blocking her path, and she was running into me, pushing me towards the hole, but not forcing a sex scene. and I litwrally beat her because she refused to have sex with me (basically.)

Ye I was just trying to warn against those thinking that Kaly would be an easier challenge compared to Lily due to her being possible to challenge sooner. As I personally think that if I challenged her prior to Lily then I would have gotten grabbed multiple times (however I didn't get grabbed once thanks to doing Lily first) as I would have been lacking in intelligence and some damage.
Lily I've also done plenty of times now to have the basics down with her and her minions that I can if lucky never get grabbed by her or her minions depending on spawns and my equipment but I rarely end up with it being more than 5 grabs at least to avoid causing any bad traits to increase or appear. Her minions are easy to avoid once you realize that you can just do a sharp-ish turn to stop their sprints alongside stopping them get above 5 of them present at any point. (Since 3+ causes gangbang) With that in mind it's just Lily you need to keep pushing away or putting an hole between yourself and her to win. (If the arena was more the same size of Kaly's it would be a bit easier too)
But uh I've only personally found an fresh intelligence build to be viable no matter what since an fresh Strength build requires an good weapon (RNG heavy), agility is also key to get high enough so that you are hitting 14 movement speed (which is the cap without equipment/haste boosts) regardless of build.
In regards to unlocking scenes I suggest using SimReaper18's mod: https://f95zone.to/threads/femboysurvival-mod-demo-10-simreaper18.211550/ to force unlock the gallery and view it after you do a run through the newest update as gallery progress carries over between updates so far. (but only what you've personally unlocked and not force unlocked) I personally wish that once you defeat Lily that all the gallery stuff except for Kaly unlocks (once you defeat her then her stuff unlocks though) so to avoid the game being one where you have to fail to get the full gallery. (which was incredibly hard to do prior to chasity key spawns being increased and the chance of being locked up decreased)
Though I would also hope that once and if we get an hub area or an trader to talk to that the gallery stuff can be forced unlocked through them similar to Solas City Heroes where after each level/area is completed you can purchase/unlock the enemy to fight or see their stuff in the sandbox/gallery/simulator mode. As it's been an good way in my mind to do gallery stuff rather than have it all only unlock via you losing and thus encouraging only that playstyle.

Would love to see Kaly's vine attack have an endless variant where you aren't freed unless you can complete the QTE and are just stuck attached to her as she walks around. Could maybe trigger if you get caught by the vines at really low HP or if you get vined multiple times in a row.
