An android version would require a better control system, universal UI, and other things that would take me a few weeks to focus on ;u;

That's mostly because I had people complaining about dickgirl on dickgirl content being shown as straight to them in the Latest Updates page But I agree, it isn't exactly Gay currently, specially taking gender discussions into account.
I do want to add more male characters though, so Femboy on Femboy content will be a thing and the tag will fit the game properly.

Considering that already existing content that is not for everyone (feet, chastity, and rimming) can be turned off in the game settings, you'll probably be able to turn off the dreadful gays in the settings as well.
