??? The concept of censorship predates the first amendment. What Patreon does doesn't infringe on the first amendment, but it absolutely is censorship. Just because it's a corporation doing it doesn't mean its not censorship. And you can't just "go somewhere else". There are only two payment processors- they have a duopoly.

Maybe, but its a relatively minor form of censorship if it is. Once again, banning porn from public platforms was considered common practice in every society until about fifty years ago. There's a precedent.

Pretty much everyone operating out of pornhub would be unaffected. The users of patreon and pixiv would likely benefit. Those who sell products will continue to sell products unimpeded. The funny thing is, your earlier reasoning of "don't like it? go somewhere else" applies to my side of the argument moreso than it does to yours.

It does affect Pornhub, since I assume traffic will go to shadier sites which have shadier rules. I don't think everyone would be thrilled to give their credit card info to a porn site, especially not every single one they visit. Hopefully no breaches ever occur hm?

Patreon and pixiv users would benefit as long as the government monopoly takes to demand new rules, wouldn't take much for that to happen, besides, unless you enact a global government Patreon would still be influenced by payment processors around the globe.

And before you say something stupid like "The First Amendment would stop the government from messing with Patreon", remember that we just censored all porn on social media, ain't gonna stop them, there goes incest again.

Precedent is an important aspect of how law works, yeah. If we start ignoring what people did in the past we can throw out the first amendment as well.

Why would the government censor incest? The government doesn't give a fuck about your morality or mine, nobody does except us. There is almost no political incentive to do this. The reason why Patreon censors incest has absolutely nothing to do with morality, it has everything to do with payment processors hating chargebacks and not wanting to be held accountable for potentially illicit materials like **.

Even if they did decide to censor incest, you could always vote for someone who disagreed with the law and fight back. You can't fight back in the current system because payment processors are completely unaccountable.

What would most likely happen is discord mods would patrol the site (as they already do), and if they see people flagrantly sharing porn they'd delete it and issue a warning to the host of the discord that they'll ban them if they keep it up.

Um as far as Femdom goes there's a couple of girls that have scenes but the one that focuses on it as only started to get content in the last few patches. On the other hand the game also as Futa on Male/Vore and Feminization (Both Sissyfication of the MC's male form and a actual Female form that as it's own sex scenes). If you are into a couple of those then it's worth it.

personally I would recommend if there is any 'game of the year' that it would be on recently released games, instead of the same games that have been going on for years that most of us are already aware of otherwise its going to be the same games being said over and over and it feels pretty pointless maybe instead of letting the new games get overlooked you could put a category like 'most updated of the year' 'best updates'

you had categories that I felt were too vague, more specifically 'innovative' or 'graphics/design' lets be realistic every game has done the same thing over and over, and as for graphics can any game compete with UTW? yet not a single person mentioned it (i think I didnt pay too much attention, also idc for the game its a glorified scene viewer)

asides from using actual new games, you can do categories such as 'best art' 'favorite scenes' 'best narrative'
in the end I would just recommend separating the new games with potential vs the same ol games we have known about for years

and many of us appreciate the effort you put in
