Ok, to give my 2 cents on the whole findom divide, I think it is a perfectly valid kink and therefore that it should not be illegal. At the end of the day, if throwing away your money to a domme should be illegal, shouldn't superchats to streamers also be illegalised? Ludicrously high patreon tiers? Where would one even draw the line?
In my humble opinion, if a sub is smart and discerning they can research and make sure they are being findommed by a dominant woman, not by some scam artist with an AI-generated avatar pic, and if they get sexual gratification out of that, that's still a better use of one's money than a billion things modern capitalism offers you the chance to waste your money on, like YA novels, live stream superchats or, I dunno, pre-ordering Starfield...
For the record, I'm into findom only in fiction (games/stories etc), the same way I can be into femdom scat, mind control or life-long enslavement stories, (eg I don't really engage in it IRL, even though I can find a femdom narrative centered around financial domination, humiliation and the ruin it can bring to a sub's life captivating and hot if well-written) and I don't deny that people can easily get scammed on the internet if they are into it, and that's regretable ofc, but at the end of the day there's a billion ways someone could get scammed out of their money on the web if they're naive, (shoutout to the Nigerian princes that have a million dollars for you out there) so I'd never want it banned or illegalised...
Now, to move on to more festive topics, happy new year everyone! Also, may I suggest that for

Femdom game of the year
2024, we implement a ranked-choice voting system? Basically, that for the main category, everyone can nominate at no. 1 their favourite femdom game of the year, no matter what reason they liked it most for, (even if they can't explain it - just what femdom game everyone enjoyed the most) but if their no. 1 game doesn't make it into top 5, and their second choice does, that second choice gets treated as their no. 1 vote in the final count?
I noticed that just 3 games, namely SoB, KG and NiF, literally won all of the awards, and I think lots of people on this thread enjoyed smaller games from smaller devs more, but that most of them didn't put those games at no. 1 simply because they knew they had no chance of winning, and instead they put at no. 1 their favourite big femdom game just because they wanted that one to win more than the other popular ones. (the same reason an American environmentalist or communist will often vote democrat, and an anarcho-capitalist will vote republican, while if the US had ranked-choice voting all of these people would put a tiny party they align with ideologically at no. 1 and just vote for the democrats or republicans as a lower-ranked choice)
Just an idea that came to me to help popularise small devs and their lesser known projects, allow dedicated fans to vote for the game they truly enjoyed the most without thinking they're "wasting their vote", and still gauge which of the "big" games are liked by most people...

(as realistically it's still gonna be one of those games that wins)
