Femdom Hotel - though it's not that great imo. Karlsson's Gambit has a secondary MC, who's female. Additionaly games Luna's Fall from Grace and ViV The Game has possible dom paths, albeit very small ones.

In regards to femdom games with dominant female MCs, that is really rare indeed. I expect them to pop up more often in lezdom games, but I would welcome them in male-sub games as well. Granted my fav will always be male-sub fem-dom perspective, but still, we definitely need those too.

There just aren't any femdom games from the woman's perspective. Apart from Femdom Hotel that is, but it plays more like a collection of random scenes without any real LIs, though I've played it quite long time ago, so maybe something changed. Other games like Adventurerotica (or whatever the name was) that seemed to create a dom route for the future releases are just left unfinished in early state. There was also a GTA-like feetdom game that was supposed to be developed but it seems like it ended before it even begun. Karlsson's Gambit has imo the most substantial femdom from female pov content and even then it's not that much. Femdom games are mostly made by men for men after all.

You need to train your maid. I played quite a long time ago, so I don't remember the details, maybe with hypnosis or smth else, but there's a mechanic where you train her and can raise her domination or submissiveness. If you focus on the former she'll become more dominant, change clothes and the various events with her you have access to will focus (most of them at least) on her domming MC; she'll also be dominant in 1 or 2 group events.

2nd character is a futa, I think, elf, the one that rules the criminal underground. At the 1st meeting you can submit to her or not.

3rd character is a woman who's an army leader or smth, you meet her somewhat later in a game. As with futa, you have option to submit or not. Unfortunately there was a bug, and though I submitted to her the game thought I did not and vice versa; but even with not submitting while the early scenes were played from sub perspective, later were dom again for some reason.

Also, while there were some other subby scenes it seems to me the devs decided to abandon them and sub routes (their 2nd game has no femdom). I stopped playing long time ago so I don't know if they continue them or maybe even deleted them. If you won't find these scenes I'll check the game myself to see if they still are there.

Actually Femdom Hotel has been done for a while, and it now also contains guro (optionally pretty extreme, up to literal death by eye stabbing), light ashtray stuff, watersports, and mind control. There's also one cursed tag at the very end we straight up can't endorse on this forum so I'll leave it at that.

ps: If this game gets added to the OP I recommend adding that by holding buttons the game will think you're pressing them each frame, which is how I got around the more tedious minigames
