Major sound issues. None of the volume sliders control anything and there is loud, fairly incongruous music that you can only turn off by muting your computer. That's an immediate quit and delete for me.

The first big problem is it's impossible in-game to figure out how to switch it to English. Fortunately someone left a comment here saying how, but if they hadn't, this game would have been over before it started.
The second big problem is that there's no way to turn off the sound. The volume slider on the "Options" page does nothing. I had to mute my whole computer, which means I lose all volume for all my open windows, which isn't a sustainable situation.
The third big problem, and I know it says "Aunt" right on the tin, but this game should have an "incest" tag. Why does it have to be an "aunt," anyway? It could easily have been "mom's/sister's/daughter's friend" and incest could have been avoided. Even "stepmom" or "stepsister" would be preferable, because at least those aren't blood relatives. (Though I suppose an "aunt" doesn't have to be a blood relative, but the assumption is that she is.)
And the fourth big problem is that there's no character arc. The male protagonist immediately loves giving his aunt foot massages. She doesn't have to dominate him at all. He just goes along with it. He should be resisting at first, and she should be coercing him into it. If the guy just enjoys it and goes along with it without any resistance, then he's not really being dominated, is he?
Anyway, my point is, this game needs work.
