Long story short: Dekarous has for the longest time been overly lazy. Shit coding, overly using AI or bad photoshop skills, straight up lying to his patreons about working on the game (Like releasing an update which I believe was 7.0 or 7.5) which apparently wasn't even worked on for around 9 months according to game files (so he just sat on the update to syphon patreons money), finding excuses like "My mother just died of Covid, will mourn and go to her funerals" and when the apparent day of her funerals was going, he was seen (and self admittedly) gaming the entire day with his buddies online. Add lack of actual playtesting on top of that, which makes even Katalist looked like a flawless masterpiece in comparison and him stiffing his artist and throwing them under the bus to cover for his own incompetence, and well... You got Dekarous. Oh, almost forgot to mention how he spent months on end to expand the lore by "creating maps" and updating the wiki. Even tho the wiki was clearly written by ChatGPT and said maps were taken from Ultima (lol). Oh and beside his self-insert as the game protagonist (Yes, it's supposed to be him as Mary is supposed to be his ex artist), he also stole a bunch of fanarts to "design" some of the dominas while claiming total originality (example: Madelaine is a Pokémon fanart of a humanoid Tsareena. Deka just removed the crown thing and called it an original OC).

His latest updates definitely have less bugs and all, but it's clear he's being helped by ChatGPT to do the simplest things like coding and such. We're talking about Dekarous. The guy who worked for years on RPGMaker and always made it looked like it was a hard engine to use. The guy who flunked two games due to his own incompetence and one of them was intended to be a visual novel. The guy literally tried to make a visual novel on RPGMaker because he is too dumb to use Ren'Py, which quite literally is "Baby's first visual novel engine". Lastly, Dekarous also claims very often that he makes his own RPGMaker assets, which isn't true. Maybe perhaps the characters sprites, but the walls, trees, chests and whatever else? Nah man.

Hope this answers your question. You can support the guy or like his game all you want. But he has shown times and times again over the years how sketchy, untrustworthy and lazy he has been.

PS: I know it's kinda ironic to say "Long story short" with all this, but we literally could spend hours talking about the guy.

games like katalist,domina,queendom of lithzena especially
Rpg games are really interesting for me so thats very obvious why domina also got my attention

u update the game after decades and you add 20 minutes of gameplay?
in version 10.5 the 10th domina isnt fully completed too
yeah you get some lazy scenes
but you are basically trapped in a room with 4 or 5 scenes which is horrible if u consider ruby took 2 fully updates to reach this state

from the femdom games i tried katalist is the one that is stuck with me
great story line
interactive characters that you can kinda connect too
and a huge variety of scenes for each character

and the dev is connected to the community and updates constantly

and the game got a very alive community too
i usually talk with people about the lore and some theories in katalist review section

Best TLDR I can give is that his former artist, Shakichan (Of course, not to be confused with Shakimichan) was his artist for Domina up until Hora. I believe Shaki also worked for Maple Hill College and his other game he abandoned which I can't remember the name. Deka had a pretty weird infatuation towards her, having his OC as a self-insert for the protagonist and Mary being an insert for his artist. (Funnily enough, it may explain as well why Mary has the most screentime and scenes of any dominas).

I believe Shaki is based in the Philippines (Anyone can feel free to correct me on this). Apparently one day, she suddenly vanished according to Deka. Deka expressed concern on Patreon after two weeks saying the project is in jeopardy and the update is on hold due to waiting for "key CGs". A few days after that, he made a post saying that Shaki was back and everyone missed her. Then like a week after that, she was gone again and then he threw her under the bus. This was by the time Deka allegedly refused to pay for much of anything and relying on AI to help with his game. So he "slacked" her, even tho I'm more under the impression that he stiffed her and she quit.

Then we had the absolute worst update in the game with Hora's mid-chapter (As if Hora wasn't the worst update yet after Raa which quite literally broke the game). But yeah, The main character is his self-insert, Mary is the OC of Shaki.

marry got a lot of scenes
most of them are actually well made kinda
and the enslavement part is diffrent too where you get to sell the goddes if light in order to serve her
defo one of the better dominas in the game

Btw do u have any recommendations in terms of games

i have played a lot of them tho so the main stream games i already played

I used to be mostly active on that thread. Was the 2nd thread I followed on this site after UTW. So I was pretty well informed, even supported the Patreon for a very brief moment before shit truly hit the fan. That being said, I stopped following the thread completely ever since Ruby(?)'s release. So if there is anything else that dropped about Deka ever since, I'm completely unaware.

Btw do u have any recommendations in terms of games
any femdom rpg game like Katalist queendom of lithzena and stuff like these

Well, it may depends as to what you're after. Is it mostly porn content? Gameplay content? For the latter, I could recommend the likes of Queen's Conduit (Fantastic Gooner Undertale), Monster Girls 1'000 (Really good turn-based RPG), One Shotamon (Actually pretty good Megaman-like game). If it's for porn/domination content, well ANLIS had a good start until well, it kinda just fell out. ToT is usually people's go-to and introduction to this website. I can't remember all the games I could recommend, but I'm sure others would be best suited for recommendation. I just like decent gameplay, the goon aspect is just a plus to me.

How are you? Yes, it really is a fun game, Katalist. Wait for the next update. As Domina says, it was very late. Have you tried the Misantria game? It is also really beautiful. But I am really looking forward to Femdom0 because it is an Android version that is extremely beautiful. I am confident that after its update, it must be the best and most beautiful. I hope that its update will be big, good, and beautiful, and that many things will be added in order for the story to be complete.

yeah it makes sense and yes the thing im talking about is after the addition of ruby

yk i always go in for the gooning but get hooked to the gameplay and forget about the porn in it
so gameplay is way more important
with some nice scenes here and there

Yes, you are right about this, and I feel that when games are designed for Android, the gameplay is more enjoyable and not so exaggerated.
