Yes, any paid version has both cheat codes & VR, there is no difference between Patreon, itch & steam (except for the 1 week lag), the idea is that you either contribute with a 1 time purchase or you provide long term support, that's the only real difference. You get all updates no matter what you choose.

You can hide this game in steam. Don't worry your friends don't see that you play in this game, if you hide it on steam)
i have a family sharing games in steam with my friend, and as i know there is no way to hide game from this. He will see that game in his library
To prevent games from being visible in your Steam library, you must open the Steam client on your PC or Mac.
Once opened, click on the Library tab at the top.
Right-click on the game that you want to hide, then click Manage > Hide this game to hide it.
Your game will no longer appear in your library. It won’t be deleted, it just won’t be visible until you decide to restore it.

That event triggers with a big delay sometimes, I think this is fixed in the next version.
