Its random, but you can reroll the events if you exit to main menu and reload the autosave. The game now have more than 70 events so I think its impossible to get all of them in the history mode without using cheats.

I remember the first time I played the game it was my favorite event as well, even though it was bbc. Although I didn't really like that she didn't even feel at least minimal shame or a little anxiety when she suddenly noticed the MC in the bedroom, and that she practically switched to slutty mode in one day.
But overall I would also like to see more of these unexpected "surprises" when the MC comes home, just with a different bull maybe..
