With the Free Version - Yes.
They are tho tweaked that they have a maximum chance to trigger.
In the paid version you can just select the event you want to happen.

i heard that steam is not gonna let anyone update thier game with nsfw stuff so i bought the game on stream is the dev finding a way to get me updates or am i stuck with an outdated version?

I get frequent updates on steam, about monthly.
Last update was about a month ago.
You can see the dates of the updates and their content if you click on one and can just scroll through....

My VR can't detect the game, even after I press the V button in the game not the main menu.

You only can use the computer on certain occasions, to read about chastity for example.
You can masturbate on the computer always, as long as you are not locked in a chastity cage.
So as long as you are locked up the computer won't work for you.
Also, I think the first time you can use it is about day 10, when you are able to unlock cockolding content, I think it doesn't work before but I'm not sure.
Lust has nothing to do with it, you can masturbate with 0 lust as long as you are uncaged, but be aware, Zoe won't be pleased

From the Quest link on the headset there's a see pc monitor option in the bar menu, browse executable (or put in on the desktop for easy acces, kinda hard to browse with the controller), open once, it will be added to the library.
When I add it
When I add it to Library and open it in the headset, the Unity loading screen pops up in the headset, but only starts on PC. I can load a save and keeps pressing V. but the headset stuck with Unity loading screen, while the PC version is running normally in the background.

Actually the project was completely free at some point, and I eventually started to paywall some content, because it helps motivate the players who like the game to pay something and support the project.
If I hadn't done that, as of today, the project would be flagged "abandonned", Emily wouldn't be on the way, and I would have been back to some office job as a developer long ago.
