Changes have taken place in the pornostudio - to unlock them you have to follow the main storyline of the game. Then it will appear.

I've downloaded version 11 again and the problem solved , seems the zip file was corrupted .
Everythings fine now

Good question. I never had it. Imo game bug I will ask developer.

Well, it depends, what version you have now, if you have 0.12 add the fix, if not, and you have 0.11, then need 0.12 update only (as in the OP), 0.91 is the fix for 0.12, you need both.

This might help.

Step by step:
1. Extract the full version (v012 in your case - I started with v011)
2. Extract the update so the files go inside the top folder created when extracting the full version (i.e. the folder that has FemLife.qsp in it) - overwrite when prompted.
3. Do the same with the fix.

Press Ctrl+5 (not F5!) to show/hide the Main Tab.
(That's the shortcut. You can also click 'Settings' at the top of the screen, then click 'Show/Hide'. then 'Main Desc' for the long way).

As for the link available here, you need to download the v11 version of the game, then update to v12 and then v.91.

I will try to post the complete version of the game v.91 or v.92 next time the game is updated - then you will be able to download one game file and enjoy it. Now it's a bit complicated
