Make an option to skip pissing, pooping, eating, drinking, sleeping, ... etc. I'm here for porn not shitty life sim.

What, then, remains? This game is made as a girl life sim. Otherwise, you can just watch porn videos or porn comics. I want to play a game. Although, you say, skipping, not remove. You can suggest this to the developer. Try contacting him on Patreon.
In this game, not much remains, but in similar games, like Girl Life (which has significantly more time and developers behind it, so it understandably has more content) there are numerous story lines to complete. You can skip all of the requested things and much more in Girl Life and still have tons of things to do in it. Plenty of adult games, in fact, the vast majority, can be enjoyed for story without the need for emulating every bodily function. I understand that this game is a life sim, but it is completely fair to request skipping tedious activities, just as people do for other games (ie, skipping the grind). Different strokes for different folks, no need to get testy about it.
You may want to consider using Cheat Engine to lock stats at points that will allow you to skip these activities. I do not have this game installed at the moment, as after trying it previously I decided to wait for more content, but if you need help doing this feel free to let me know and I'll re-download it and make a step by step guide for it.

It's unlikely the dev will want to do that, given that the genre involves "daily life." You can, however, fix that yourself by opening the qsp (just double-click on it), entering the password (do a search of the thread for "password") and then opening the location called "tech1". This is the script that lowers food, energy, and looks every hour. Enter 0 for 3600 in "sitost" (line 6) and "energy" (line 7). Now neither will lower by the hour. You already don't need to shower because "aromat" on line 19 already reads -=1 rather than the +=1 that would make you stink after a while.
Pissing and pooping can just be skipped.
That's the benefit of qsp games - they are really easy to mod.

Actually, his cheat are not for "people like [me]" because I was just telling someone how to do what they wanted. I don't use that modification myself.
And the dev hadn't "already made" the mod I described on June 10th, because he didn't do it until June 13th.
