I use the constant full energy cheat. It kinda sidesteps my tendency to sleep too little, which is true also in my real life, where I cheat this way by drinking a lot of coffee.

Have you completed the main storyline of finding your sister? Have you unlocked the porn studio and been to the Meat Hole before? I don't know if these conditions need to be met for this event to appear (although the guide doesn't mention it)
