1 how good is QoL (ui and cheats)?

2 how quests are made
is it leaning towards some repetitive visitions without any visual alterations (=grind) ...or towards classic sbx quests (some narrative emerging from following quest steps based mostly on tracking - find this dude at that place at this time, etc)

I'm a little confused. I downloaded this a while back (months ago) and the in-game ABOUT says v 0.57, the in-game changelog shows 0.6, and the version shown here is 0.52
