Is this mainly lesbian or mainly voyeurism or what? In the preview pictures I just see a whole lot of random women doing random things, and I can't for the life of me identify the supposed female protagonist in 99% of them. Is it more of a female observer than protagonist (as in the player character does not actually /do/ anything, there is nothing /about/ the player character, everything is done by or about other people, completely uninvolved with the mc?)

It's not mainly lesbian, though some of that do exist in the game.
It's not mainly voyeurism, as the character you play participate in most of it.
The woman in most of the pictures is the female protagonist.
She does things.

Is it normal for the hunger and energy bar to stay at zero when you rest or eat? I can't do anything so my character is always tired.
After i test with cheat but same problem , even with the energy bar at full blast she is still tired

No. In my version of the game (I download it from Patreon), both the energy and hunger bars work better. The bars refresh when I sleep or eat. Maybe the version of the game available here doesn't have a fix, because this bug did occur in the past, but it was fixed some time ago.

Sorry, not for me. Can't stand the interface. I could not get it to function properly, e.g. could get into inventory and then unable to get back to main plot.
