Hi folks just installed the game and saw a lot of controversy in comments for the game on steam. I'm not a tech savvy guy but does anyone know if you can play the game without your saves from previous 3 games as they're not detecting and also how complicated is it to get the game in full without the stuff that's been gutted? Apologies if this has been asked.
You don't need to have saves from the FL games, this is a totally new game.
If by "stuff that's been gutted" you mean the incest, find the incest patch in the first page of this thread.

I've run into a weird bug with one of Nari's scenes in the GOG release - the relatively early scene where Nari drags you off to the bathroom for a blowjob at work keeps firing - the quests list on the phone says I'm currently in a scene, and after doing other things for a little while, I find myself at work at the start of the scene (Nari apologising for our conversation in the park being interrupted and then dragging MC off to the bathroom) - which wouldn't be so bad if it didn't also advance time, making it hard to get other things done to any sort of schedule...

Hello Fetish Locators!
It's been just over 3 days since the release of Fetish Locator S&M Studio - Season 1. We had a few rough edges to polish, but the team worked swiftly, and those should be gone. We hope that apart from these small wrinkles, you have been enjoying the new story and experiences that S&M Studio has on offer. It's been great seeing people comment on their favorite characters and ask when Season 2 will be available. If you have been enjoying the journey, the team would love to ask you one small favor.
We'd like to ask any STEAM players to write whatever you think of the game on STEAM. Even just a 1 sentence review or saying who your favorite character or what your favorite scene was can help us out a lot. We need more reviews because that is how the game stays visible with Steam's algorithm.
And that's it. The team is already starting to reset and prepare for the next Patreon update. We will make sure to share a progress report as the update gets closer to finishing.

Search the site, there is "mods" that give you use of console in any renpy game. It's essentially just a few lines of text in a .rpy. A .rpy file is essentially just a text file renamed from .txt to .rpy.
Save editor is a hassle. It makes you upload the save, edit it, and then you have to download it, then add it back into the the save folder. And, you will have to do this every single time you want to add money or edit something.
Using console all you have to do it type SMPlayer_Money = 10000 (or whatever amount you want) in the console, hit enter, and you are done. 5 seconds. The only thing I use Save Editor for is to find the console codes.

Agree with this, save editor is only good for correcting bad or corrupted saves or saves. Console is a lot easier, just wish there was a list of console commands for renpy.

The problem is, that every developer has the freedom to name his variables as he sees fit....I usually start with the Variable Viewer in the Developer Menu and try to identify the variables I need to change. Often the names are enough for that, sometimes I need to look for the current value and in rare occasions you're just
