That has been ask on Patreon no answer has been given. Given some of their idea for free roam, I wouldn't put past them to not to include it. But who knows maybe later on they will.

well depending what does (exploring wise) 1st meeting is at cafe where she doesn't want to talk much to mc.

Here's an incest patch for the game. You only need to add it once, it will save the change in your persistent file (saves). Copy/extract 'game' folder from the attached archive into SM root folder (where the .exe is).

If you'd like to disable it down the line, you can do persistent.is_special = False in the console.
Not much need for it right now, but there's surely more to come.

Without Stacy will be almost always be called by MC as Stacy instead of sis, and he will introduce her as his friend.
Also their mother (forget her name) is without the patch their mother's friend or a mother of their friend or something, can't remember exactly but at least a role weird enough (imo) to be so close with her.

in Theater Story :"Progress Main Storyline"
in Min´s story : "Finish renovation to invite Min"
in Claire´s story: Talk with stacy about claire" - when I talk to stacy then it come "you need to prgress Main Story first"

Have you checked the progress bar for the theater work? You may need to complete a certain number of shows or get a "complete week" of making all rehearsals and the show night (which I found particularly difficult while other things were going on). Also check the notes on each character in the theater for clues.
I'm pretty talking to Stacey about Claire was the very last thing I did in the current update, and it was basically setup for the next update.
