Compared to the normal version, the extended version is late story-wise, but it got sounds, voices, musics, and extra scenes (and the replay gallery I think, I've never played the normal version so I don't know if normal version also has the replay gallery but the extended one certainly does). Anyway, which one you want to download depends on your preferences.

We need a good quotable message that explain better than me so anytime someone asks the difference between normal and extended version we can just quote it.

week3 has the most up to date story
week3 extended is basically an older version with added content

I think it's the normal edition, the extended edition is released after there is some content in the normal edition and I think they already released the extended edition till day 19.

Every new content they release is the normal version.

Extended version is always released later.

because i saw on patreon a new version and wanted to know what edition was. because i dont know what edition is better to be played (extended has endings and normal doesnt have) and do the editions already have that removed that patreon demanded?

The best experience probably is to be patient and wait until extended is finished. If you're not patient (and I can relate to that) you'll have to decide what is more important to you: more content or deeper content.

And yes, all versions on Patreon have blackmailing content removed, both normal and extended.
