There is no "better" as such. It will depend on your kinks, your attitude towards Lydia and the other girls, and your general ideas about storytelling since both paths have in the deciding scene so far very different aspects (NTR gets pretty outlandish while LC is way more tame - talking about the story development mostly, not so much sexual content).
As for endings, there will be multiple, probably on both parts, but we don't know most of them - some already exist since you can run off with certain girls. On the NTR path there already is one with Lydia but so far it is only a choice, the ending itself is not there yet but will most probably feature a dom Lydia and sub MC. On the LC IIRC there are no endings yet at all.
I do not know, so this is my personal guesswork, but I consider a full harem ending extremely unlikely, no matter the path. Most probably you will have a maximum of three others included. But again, that's just me guessing.

Yeah, the extended version has some extra content (scenes/characters) as well as audio if that's your thing, but lags a few releases behind the "standard" version. I never play with sound so couldn't tell you about the music.Sorry for being a dummy - but I am new...

Downloaded the normal version but no sound or anything--kind of boring. When i attepted to download the extended version the sites given to download where blocked as unsafe-any suggestions?

NameError: name 'is_antagonist_mode' is not definedDon't know how to exactly fix your error, but my suggestion is that you just download the cheat mod for Week 3 and set each of the story paths (in the cheat mod menu) the same way you played in Week 2. You can probably delete the cheat mod after.
stupid question but if i got 2.5.7, can i delete my 2.2.24 extended w/o loosing scenes or do i have to keep it to override missing shizzle of the new update

2.5.7 is the latest update without extra scenes. 2.2.24 does not have the latest content but just a few extra scenes. If you want the latest progression of the story, then you need 2.5.7.
