Who is the mastermind behind the APP? What he(or she) endgame? There is any clues in the game? Hints? Forshadow?

As of now it seems there's only one suspect but considering he dont seem like the brightest lightbulb he's probably a dud. There's also the theory that Lydia might be the mastermind, not to sure about the motives thought. Personally i'm leaning towards Anthony and Min as the masterminds, they both have the brains and connections as well as the motive (spicing up their sexlife) to go throught with such a plan. Also since they seem to be the "popular kids" click, they probably have an easier time keeping tabs on the people in the special program.
Edit. We do know that the app came from their school thought so odds are it's probably someone our MC know.

I don't believe my min is involved. And Anthony seems too jealous, if he seen what all squizzle's been up to he would have stormed off way before.

Given her obvious liking of sex-via-proxy, I could see a motive. She still does not seem too likely to me, although beware the quiet ones. (I guess the suspect is our roommate? Yeah, I'd discount him, too.)
If we already met the mastermind (big "if") - and I apologize if this was debunked before - my completely outside guess would be Stacy. Not because it is too likely, but because it is possible and would make the same amount of sense regardless of which route you take. Also completely out of left field.

you guys are forgetting samiya. Remember how MC's roommate came to their rescue and when asked how did he know samiya said she msged him too to take the luggage. that doesn't make any sense. Samiya is also involved with FL app and since roommate is not so bright maybe samiya is handling him somehow.
Also Samiya is an expensive escort. why would she fuck MC's roommate for no reason?

My hypothesis (not entirely serious) is that the MC himself is behind FL in a Tyler Durden situation.

All valid points, so if we go from the assumption that the mastermind/masterminds behind the app is someone the MC know then the list would be as follow.
Lydia: As pointed out she does seem to have a thing for sex by proxy and considering she's the "queenbee" of the school as well as being fairly famous then making the right contacts to create the app wouldn't be to hard.
Min and Anthony: Now hear me out, the thing i supspect is the issue with Anthony isn't jealousy but more of disgust with some of the kinks Min partake in. He did literally say that when they argued. Now my reason to suspect them are two things. One, Anthony is into mysticism and my guess here is that his tricks are illusions and subliminal messages ie hypnotism. Now consider this, the app did get popular really fast and people did jump into kink action without any second thoughts, allmost like there's something about the app driving them on except the obvious. Subliminal message does work throught screens as well, in the real world we're exposed to that all the time. Of course the trick with subliminal message is that it's something we want to do in the first place, and a school full with hormonal teens dont exactly need that big of a push to expose themselves to their kinks.
Second: Min is extremily competative and who allways wins the competitions if not our Squizzle? It shows she can follow any means to win and what way for a kinky cat like her to show her supremicy over the others than throught a game she deviced?
It's also shown that she does have some indepth understanding on how the app works considering she could modify and synch up those bracelets with the app, it's not something an average Joe can do.
Stacey: Now i hadn't even considered her but she does have extensive knowledge about kinks thanks to the MC's porn collection and there's definetly more to her than that cute an innoncent facade but other than that her motives would seem a tad hard to pinpoint as well the means which she made the app happen.
Samiya: Well i guess she could maybe work as a mastermind considering her approach to meanspirited pranks, i do find her a bit to unhinged to actually follow throught on all the cloak and dagger stuff thought.
One other suspect we haven't covered thought, is the school itself. What if it actually IS a social experiment using all the students as guinea pigs? I find pretty interesting that despite everything that occurs during classes and in hallways that the teachers are somewhat unaware of what's going on and yet the few times when someone gets caught there's no real punishment. I doubt whoever is behind the curtain could get away with things without the schools involvement.

Min, bright and somewhat of a fucking insane fetishist, does know a lot more than the others, about the app, maybe, and does host the parties, don't know, gonna replay the game to see if there is any clues. Not the mastermind herself, just a player.

My 2 cents the mastermind is indeed the MC who has since forgotten he started it due to the intro illness.
And another weird thing is Lydia what's the whole hiding what she's doing under the covers thing in latest update ,the whole scene looks weird the arm movements were ambiguous at best and the hiding under the covers is strange to say the least is she secretly another trans character thats definately not secure with her self, living her sex life through the mc stories .

It's a universal patch and has never been updated because it doesn't need to be.
Not only that but the persistent data file seems to remember that you've used it during a playthrough so youdon't need to add it again unless you start a new playthrough.

So you're saying that if I played week 1 with the patch and carried a save from that to week 2, I didn't have to add the patch to the week 2 game? Interesting.

That's my experience, I forgot to move the patch over at one point and the game still called Stacy the MC's sister and Kevin and Chloe were still siblings.

A patch like this (no actual content except from being there to set a flag) often does not need to be updated within a single playthrough since the flag will then probably part of the save. However, it will depend on the way a game is programmed.
