No but if you've used the patch previously then, at least on pre-existing saves, the game remembers it was used and still treats Stacy and Chloe as Mike's and Kevin's sisters.

As I understand, they made the whole voice shbasm to orund up the season 1 experience.

Standalone but you could combine them if you wanted to and, if you're a mac user, that will probably be the only way to play the voice update until someone bothers to post that version.
