They literally just answered that. Let's just run through it again:
- Week 1 and Week 2 are separate downloads.
- At the end of week 1 you'll be prompted to make a save you can import to week 2.
- For week 1, the "voice effects update" is the most recent version.
- If you've applied the patch to week 1, you don't need a patch for week 2.
