Depends by what you mean by that: you will have sex with loads of women and they're fine with you being with the others in general. However there is not indication of any end-game harem "and you lived happily ever after with all of them", after the events are over, people will go their own ways and possibly MC will go along one of those ways, too.
logically there must be, but I haven't gone back to see what was done to offset the blackmail removal.
I think it's safe to assume that the week 1 fan walkthrough didn't get change, so people can use that as a reference maybe?
As Ilhares I haven't played the remastered version but I would guess it is safe to assume that it's only dialogue and not decisions in any way (maybe except for minor phrasing). Would also be way easier to patch.
I think the question was how it played without the patch, but I might be mistaken.
