That I got, but is it only a few casual hookups and scenes, or can the player choose the sister to date or something like that. I don't know if the game even has that.

There's not a lot of "dating" as such in the main game, which is more sex than romance - but your sister is one of the few characters where a kind of relationship develops. However, it will probably only be in the ending.
Apart from that - if I get your question right - the scenes with sister (not that many, big cast, everybody shuffling for screen time) are not of the "fuck and forget" type but feel meaningful for both of you.

Ok, thanks. That was what I was trying to ask, but failed. I'm just trying to find some games which have good b/s romance, but also some rather lewd scenes and not the plain boring vanilla stuff I keep finding, it's always either one or the other, but never both--super lewd scenes, but kinda romance/dating thing... Ah first world problems.

In that case ... it is complicated. There is not too much build up of the "romantic love" relationship but there is some horny buildup with peeking at each other in past flashbacks. In the end I think this game fares well better than average on this end, even though not top tier, however if that is your main interest, there is a lot of game to go through for comparatively little content. Content of this kind that is, a ton of content otherwise.

Well, we're at day 20 of 21. Still quite a few endings to implement and to wrap everything up, so probably not next update, but yeah, close-ish.
However, many of the larger devs here are in fact teams, and will be working on different games at the same time.

What Cartageno said, but to add to it, ViNovella are two teams. One working on this one and one on University, that means even after they finished the story, there will be more stuff added. At least that's what they wrote in the announcement (IIRC).
