No. It starts at the beginning of week 3. However, if you're here for the NTR only I would recomment against it, it's not a lot and if you only start at week 3 you will have no clue why it is NTR in the first place and WTF people are talking about.

A follow up, I asked on discord if there will be another release before the Wk3 Ext Ed drops on Steam, the dev says no.
