yes but some aren't in game yet, creampies can lead to impregnation but only when watching endings (most aren't available yet).
AmRose in her ending, Nora in her ending (needs to creampie her), and members of the Harem (but their pregnancy will only be shown in a single picture) at the end of the Harem ending
Now it is. The Spanish translation has been added to week 3, alongside with Turkish translation too.

The harem ending is disappointing if you like Lydia (? Forgot her name). Because you only get one scene with her after pining for her for 3 fucking books. No solo scene either. Not to mention that by the standards of the game, it's pretty fucking vanilla as well.

No, only new endings will be added.
There will not be a solo Ending for Lydia, both NTR and LC version.

I think it would be better to have the weeks posted as separate games, far easier for everyone. And i think the server bandwitdh has increased significant due to the recent changes...

And you are sure they would get "Go to a thread deep in the forum to get week 1 and another to get week 2"? Well, it may be arguable, but every game I know which is split up in multiple parts like this one is has the same approach, and having different ones would be even more confusing. So if that should be changed, a game thread isn't the correct place for it, this would need to be a general discussion.
The walkthrough indicates I should be getting gold stars near the start of week 3 for watching Maria completely debase herself at the gloryhole and for letting lyssa fuck me, but I never got them and am still stuck in the cage. Did the game change, is the walkthrough wrong, or is this a bug?

It's been a while but I never had problems there. How many gold stars do you have left coming into week 3? IIRC the early uncage needs three, so if you just get those two you would be one short.
I had one coming into the week, and was rewarded one a bit later, which still just left me at 2, when it ought to have been 4
