ummm i not the one to thank... i did make the patch. but i was gifted the info For those coming here going place this file in in each of your fl folder in your steam library. make sure it goes in the game subfolder.

What about the current incest patch here? Does it work with Steam version as well?
after i pmed you. i look at the taboo patch i think it should but not sure as this done after the updates today. I checked Taboo should work. If you issues you main. But dont think you will. I think week one not loading right on steam is something else. If you are having that. My solution was delete the game subfolder and verify files. Should work on W3 too. I think was other one people said they had issues mine was fine.

The taboo.patch available on page 1 DOES indeed work w the Steam version. Just tested it.
First: Thanks for the patch but I'm a bit confused. What's the difference to the patch in 9572 vs the ones on the first page. Do we need both for Steam, or is the one in 9572 just the latest update?

So the link on the main page is ~15gb , once extracted is also ~15gb
This is only ~4gb even once unziped.
I assumed 'compressed' meant the archive file was compressed ..but ..once extracted its still only ~4gb ..what gives ?
is the the 4gb just an update ? or is it the full game somehow reduced in size ?
