Did you load up some non-extended version save instead of starting the Week 2 anew? It could happen then. You can set d09_thejudge_done = True via console if you want to see the extended scene with the judge or False if you don't.

play week 1. at the end you will get option to save your gameplay and you can upload and play in week 2. alternatively if you cannot load you can set the parameters in game 2
