How does the week 3 compare to previous weeks? I played first two weeks on steam before and liked some aspect but wasn't really a fan of mandatory point system that required to do fetishes I didn't really like.

The point system is not used so far but better wait until the whole week is completed (extended version) before judging it.

I have never really understood the hate for NTR, especially in a game where the MC is probably fucking at least half the cast anyway...

To your spoiler he does the same in the LC route though.

I really hate stuff that's reactive to fandom in that way. It's annoying both when it's an unpopular character and when it's a popular one.

Such as when a particular side character in Stranger Things spontaneously developed a huge online fandom… so season two had a massive fanservice plot that tried to retroactively make said character huge and literally quoted the hashtag. Just projecting the fandom into the show.

Notwithstanding that some more outspoken parts of the "No likey NTR" community never cease to amaze with their - ehm - interesting rhetoric: you like what you like and you dislike what you dislike. Same as with music or food. NTR is just a big turn off for me, just like Marmite or Beyoncé. (There, I said it.) At the same time, my favorite band is virtually unknown and my favorite food incites revulsion in many people. I cannot understand it why they don't like it, yet here we are.

We're not, really. You buy a movie or game or show because you want to see what they made.

If all they make is what you wrote in a rant or fanfiction the year before, then you're not 'getting' anything special.

After reading the last couple of pages I finally went back and played the NTR cage version of week 3 to flesh out my understanding of the story. That was pretty disturbing. I can't help but sit here and wrack my brain to figure out whats really going on, because if this isn't a red hearing then the entire plot is falling apart at the end, and that sucks.

What's most annoying to me right now with the story, albeit "annoying" in a somewhat good way (as of now, depends on the continuation) is how hard it is to combine both parts to an ending that makes sense in both. I certainly agree that in the LC path, Lydia is probably not the mastermind - but how does that gel with what we learn about her in the NTR part? So I am curious about what Vinovella has in store for us.

Yep, totally agreed, it's hard to reconcile.

Like, I just hope that she really does have major emotional issues with sex and all of her handwringing about losing herself if she got the big D were well founded, and that she's been manipulated by Pete or just made a real bad life choice since she's unequipped to handle it (mentally) The first makes her a victim(...ish) and the latter makes her Toxic AF... but not evil. It's still extremely rough, I guess thats what at least SOME of the NTR crowd are looking for, and FL is, if nothing else, out to satisfy those fetish check-boxes.

We'll see I guess!
