Fetishes there aren't enough of here... Hrm. Here's a few I can think of.

- Multiple-generation inbreeding. Siblings have sex, make babies, babies grow up, they have sex, make more babies, repeat ad infinitum. The longer-term form of this kink is what is limited. There's only a handful that really qualify here (LT, BotN, MS, etc), and most of them are stuck in development hell. Granted, most of the challenge of this idea is in the coding, as new characters keep getting made. Although, if one wants to write a Visual Novel that goes through four or five generations (or more), I don't think people would mind the lack of flexibility.

- Free Use. There are two forms of this. One is basically just sex slavery, where one/few are forced to service any comers, whether they want to or not (probably not). But the other form is the one that isn't used much. Where people are DTF on the spot, and quite eager and enthusiastic to do so, out in the open where people can see and comprehend it's happening, but don't think it's unusual or care to interfere. It's basically the sex-form of the 'Unusually Uninteresting Sight' trope, if you feel like looking it up on TVTropes.com

- Massive pregnancies, where octuplets is the lower end of the number of incoming babies.

I think it's really hard to do games that fit in this category, at least on the male side. Most of the straight players will run at the sight of the first dick, even if it's optional, and gay players? if there isn't a complete gay route or gay MC they won't even bother to look at the game, even worse they might do the same as straight players but replacing dicks with pussies.

It's a gamble, even with straight/gay sex as optional, and I don't think there are enough bi players to justify the effort. I'm really considering my second project as a bi game but the idea is less appealing as time passes.

You say that it is quite hard, i say that it is virtually impossible, at least with the average writing of the developers, the only way that i could imagine it being effectively implemented is as an option/route in a game where the writing and/or romance is the main focus and is actually decent since it would possibly make the fanbase consider trying the multiple options/routes, however, even in this scenario, the percentage of the playerbase who are fully engaged in the writing which will actually opt to do the non-straight options/routes will inevitabily be quite small.

Since devs have bills to pay or at least are willing to make content that people will actually play, even if they manage to check the marks of making a multiple route game with decent writing they are not going to waste their precious time working in routes which will not bring any playerbase or donors.

But honestly, there are mostly everything in this forum when it comes to fetishes, so maybe someday we will see this hypotetical game becoming a thing.

I feel like this is a misconception, the people that are this sensitive are probably in the minority already so there is no point in trying to appeal to them, especially when it comes to just playing a game.

I've played many games with the gay tag because there were hot girls or other interesting tags as well, I really don't mind watching some gay scenes here and there if there is more to the game than just that.
And I bet most people don't really care, you can just stop fapping for a second... Noone is forcing you to actually like that content, it is just part of the game.

I agree. I think that the strongly anti-gay crowd is a lot like the group that is strongly against any man other than the MC having sex in the game. Since its so ultra rare, I mean its one of the smallest genres on F95: The Futa Protagonist without it being optional but also WELL WRITTEN.
