So i think i may be having the same glitch as this person because im going to the location to meet that person and he isnt there.
did you make sure to meet him at the building in the bottom left of the map first when you were with Frank ?

Yeah, talk to Peta go to the red house, do the convo, then the chair scene, then once i was alone, i went to the blue house, payed the 3 gold and he isnt there.
no idea mate, from what i remember that's how its supposed to progress since that's what i remember doing. ill get around to redoing this particular part to see if i just misremembered or if your playthrough is bugged (or you havent done something else that's necessary to progress)

).5 days ago the ropoductions patreon said they were working on an android port and that it was going to be ready in a few days xd. so your "unofficial" port might get overshadowed by their "official" port soon. still nice to see anyway
Amy gave him an opportunity for some "fun" time at the end of the 4.7 update. However, uncharacteristically, Frank, somehow declined Amy's sexual advances despite his willingness and eager to fuck her in prior events. The developers made Frank a completely different person by the end of 4.7, of course, it's to drag on the story and milk Patrons. But the way they blue balled everyone in 4.7, it just does not make sense, as we have come to learn it would be so uncharacteristic of Frank to turn down the chance to get in Amy's shorts.
You know it's bad-story/character-writing when the creators made the horniest character to suddenly want nothing to do with Amy (this is all just IMO; developers, don't get offended).

i totally agree. ngl. it was really out of character for him to dislike what Amy was doing. keep in mind this guy literally tried to buy sex with Amy in the slave route and fondled her ass at the start of the game. now all of a sudden because of the red cloak cult he's so reformed and focused that he recoils at Amy being seductive? yeah right..
im not so sure i would accuse the devs of doing this to milk the game for more money, i really hope that's not the reason, but i definitely agree on Frank
