it could be possible the dev could release a non incest version of the game for steam? other devs have done that where they release a clean version for steam then a itch.io/patreon version that isn't.

Cousin is also a very vague relationship. Cousin can be used for someone fairly removed.

I can't figure out how to load and save in this game. It's also strange that there is a russian language, but when you select it, only spanish is activated. Also, you can you recommend more similar games? Very plot-oriented gay games are so interesting, because usually they only have porn, or more gay humor than plot.

I'm playing on my PC. If you hit the Spacebar, it will open up the save/load menu.
