I have in the Journal to wait for Jess to call about the robbery and i got her text but when i click it nothing happens and the text dissapears like nothing, I made a safety save just in case but i just moved on and kept playing but so far zip and the journal still says wait for jess to call, is it supposed to be like that?

Oh I gotcha. I didn't even think of that as a bug.The girl who organises the assaults and looks a lot like Bella from BaDIK. I also encountered a bug where a message about her mission appeared, but then suddenly disappeared.
I've already been told that I have to keep advancing the story and that the issue will be resolved
I've been trained by Bethesda to just ignore quest bug shenanigans. If a AAA studio with hundreds of employees can't get it right, a single AVN dev is a large ask.

Regarding the wallpapers/collectibles, I have Riley's, Nadia's and Isabel's, but there are supposed to be 4 of them, right? So, I'm guessing I'm missing one. I'm still not sure what's the proper way to look for this and if the time of day has any relevance into their location, I just spotted them randomly tbh, haha

I literally found it 10 seconds before your answer, hahaha. And you're right, I always checked Town Hall but never stopped to do so in the morning because there're barely any activities at that time, and I didn't think that the time of day had any effect. Thanks for the answer!
