It seems the story has a few love interests seeing other dudes (at least that is what some have said), so I've been waiting to see how this story handles that content...before I re-play this title again.

i prefer solo romance path or harem path depending the game and the quality of LI.

Agree, for me the lesbian stuff does nothing but take away dev time. Not a fan. A harem I see as all the girls are for my use only and they have no choice but be used by me. Pretty much like the harems in the old orient, where the sultan has it set up like this.

i havent played the game for a while and i forgot some elements of the story
but i remember there was a controversy about mila she dated another guy even though she liked MC.

That's quite literally not what a harem is. A harem is a group of women who share one man. They don't also share each other. That's just some poly relationship.

easy turn the game buy just doing a car mechanic side shop, cooking the stuff in the lab would also be nice not to mention delivering it,
i also hope the house would improve over time, nothing makes me happy then throw a party each day and sexy time.

Nah, Sabrina's one of the good ones. She ain't that kinda girl, even specifically tells the MC she's surprised he keeps offering his help with no strings attached... yes, money or those kinda 'strings' most guys are actually looking for when pretending they give a shit or are trying to help attractive women who need it.
Don't feel discouraged to play the game again just cuz of a few subjective opinions coming from other users with who you may agree or not. Just replay it or speed through things till this update and draw your own conclusions on whether it's worth sticking around to see how things unfold until the end or not. Story's pretty good so far, it's worth at least a playthrough or two to make a final decision on this, but the choice is yours to make.
I played the game since its first release, and I don't remember anything storywise even hinting at Mila having sex or doing sexual stuff with other guys except the MC, the kiss and BJ at the party that made things weird for her thinking she put their friendship in jeopardy, I mean.
She makes it clear in this update she did 'date' a guy before the MC, but he was too pushy, meaning he probably only wanted to smash and dash or just be fuck buddies with her (see the screenshots in the spoiler bellow)... Mila wasn't ok with that and dumped him bcz of it tho.
Don't know how or why this would be even remotely considered a minus for her character, but that's me. Attractive women like her, with a low body count, are hard to find IRL... attractive virgins ?? Don't think there's any of those roaming around there lol. Might be wrong tho, and it's why I think Mila acts and sounds pretty realistic for a girl who's at least an 8.

Of course in real life a young attractive virgin woman is very rare nowadays
although a low body count attractive woman its not that rare but it also depends if you live in small town or a big city and the country.
Furthermore the "low body count" is also a subjective mater in my opinion.
(Plus i personally believe there are exist more important traits for someone to look in a woman than her body count.)
Nonetheless i never said that Mila wasn't realistic character but when you start playing a VN and you find there is an young attractive childhood friend as LI of the MC and they have grown up together all their life and even though she likes MC she just go and find another guy as her first boyfriend then its a bummer.
That's why i said it was a bummer because i saw it as a waste opportunity for something better

But to be honest, for me it was sad that this great looking title wasn't going with a harem path choice. I'm really not a fan of a single path story, and being forced to pick one girl...it usually will become real bad for the player if and when they are found out pursuing any of the other girls close to the MC. At least that is how most single path titles usually introduce that kind of drama, which I prefer to avoid being a cheater.
And with Mila still having her V card...it will most likely will become the huge drama I mentioned, if the player tries to be intimate with any of the other girls (if and when she finds out). It will most likely hurt her (unless...she will be OK with it, like most harem titles usually structure that type of relationship dinamic for the player).
And with the lack of the H tag, which was one of the main reasons I chose to disconntinue playing this title...some time ago. Also, after finding out that Elizabeth (one of my favorite girls in the story) was already off camera being potentially intimate with another dude....turned me off wanting to continue with this story. I normally only play harem titles, as I prefer avoiding having to go through the rejecting and or knowing the girls will end up with other dudes if the player is forced to just pick one.
After your explanation, I will give this another try and see what has been added since I last played this. Also, I noticed this has the dating sim tag...so that is sort of a plus for the old school harem fan like me.
