Thank you!+ You actually know how to write
+ Gameplay loop is there (feels a bit unrefined, but its still solid)
+ Music (I love the music, really sells the atmosphere)
+ Main girl is cute
- Main girl has no pubes
- Pacing feels kind of off, just all around. Beginning feels slow and overwhelming. Main girl went from completely platonic to dtf in literally 4 nights once I was allowed to finally flirt with her. Enemies went from insane to being a joke to "I sure hope you learned magic"
- Your stats don't appear to actually (at least they dont feel like they actually) impact your daily task yields. Even at 200 in the stat I only felt like I earned more than I had in the beginning with the boon active
Some complaints, but all in all really solid foundation to the game. I can see why its so highly rated.
The pacing complaint is one I'm 100% in agreement with. I've seen a lot of "it's too easy to get to the sex" in the reviews / comments, and it cracks me up a little. I was genuinely worried about putting out an adult game and making the sex scenes too hard to get to so I made sure it was easy enough to find them in the alpha.
People asking for more of a build up is good, it means they are enjoying spending time in the game. The next update includes 5 more events that specifically flesh out the lead-up to romancing Lucy, and I'll keep adjusting as needed.
In general, I'll just remind everyone that because there is no gameplay for Fall, Winter, or Spring in the game right now, so much of everything is squished into summer and so it can feel rushed as well. The lack of tutorials and mid-game events also makes the combat feel a little rushed. I promise I'll even it all out as I continue development.
Your stats absolute effect your yields, but its every 100 or so points. The economy of the resource management will continue to get balanced - and I don't want it to get too easy to quickly (though it's certainly not ball-bustingly hard).
I'll let the musician know you like his music! I also really like the two tracks in there right now, and he's got more he's working on.
