Does anyone have a cheat table for the game? I've seen requests, but no one seems to have followed up

Just play the game continuonsly like me. It take me 2 hours to accomplish this game, when you get the mechanics, you beat this game really fast.
2 tips is : just play through, time in game is not a big problem, so just play like speedrunner, I you have a mistake in day, its ok, cause we have infinite time.
The other tip skip all the dialogues if you too lazy and only make sure read the summary carefully before making your choice.

The hardplate armor seems to actually be slightly worse than normal plate armor on average, though also much more consistent. That makes it feel like more of a sidegrade despite the extra cost.

Either increasing the trait to reroll anything 3 or less (up from 2 or less) or adding a die slot (either random or chosen) would make the much higher cost feel warranted.

On a related note, it would be really nice to be able to see weapon and armor traits in the merchant menu. The first time I played through, I stuck with daggers for much longer than I would have had I known what the new weapons had for traits.

Its very difficult to have a working table for games with Gadot Engine.
Pointers change and with the updates Soul is releasing, I doubt a reliable script can be made.
Use CE for the session you are in. All Attributes are 4 bytes.
Maybe in the future when Soulcatch has mercy on us he'll include a sandbox type game mode where you do not have to worry about resource management.

I wouldn't be against that at all. I'll make a note to revisit this later.

More info on the merchant screen is perfectly reasonable suggestion. I recently redid the merchant UI and its much better than it was, but there's obviously room for improvement.

As for the armor - equipment is very much still being balanced and most of the armor still need their traits. Feedback received though!

The merchant UI is MUCH better.
The addition of the Forkflalanrlarvaraga forced encounter is also massively appreciated and also a really clever solution. I actually really like how you have the option of forcing the encounter or chancing it. Not to throw more work on your plate or even assume you weren't already thinking of this, but is this something that might be expanded into other things?

Also, thank you for expanding Alis' workshop options! And all of the other QOL changes (inventory specifically).

The next update has options to send adventurers out to clear areas of the forest for you, and they bring you back lots of loot to sell. It really helps getting some of the parts you need. There will be more ways to go about this in future updates as well.

V.2.11
I've hit Spring and it's the weekend. I've got guests, and merchants are available. Except that they are not.

On the guest acceptance interface the option to restock with merchants is greyed out.

Also, is the Caretaker implemented or coming soon? And is it Ole?
This error is occurring again.
v 2.23 - This happened exclusively on the final two weekends of winter when I had guests. That is the only time this occurred - all other weekends were fine.

Also blizzards are the bane of my existence.

Not a dev of the game, but a long time player who's active in the game's discord. Working with v2.30 information.

Spring is not been fully implemented as of yet. I'm guessing that Soul did not have the game to adjust the chance of a Merchant visit when the season changes from Winter to Spring. There's also no new content when you hit Spring, so unless you are doing catch up stuff, just don't play into Spring.

During the Winter, there's a chance that Merchants do not show up at all. When this happens, there's no one you can restock from. Though if you consistently getting new Merchants for the two weeks of Winter, then that's likely to be a bug.

Hello everyone. I've been playing FC for a while now and I think it's time to share my opinion.
First, thanks to the authors for this project. I don't regret a single second I spent in it. I understand that the game is in early development, so I didn't expect everything to be perfect. This was a mistake, because after playing Alpha 2.23, I realized that the game (in my personal opinion) is an easy 9/10.
Second, I won't write all the pros and cons like a true reviewer. However, as a player, I want to point out some things that I personally find lacking. (I may have overlooked some points or simply didn't notice them, so please correct me if I'm wrong.)
- Insufficient explanations. When I buy armor or weapons, I like to see the traits they have. The same goes for some perks, particularly rituals.
- Economy. It's difficult to save up for anything at first due to the constant cost of materials. And then I had nowhere to put my money. That's probably just my problem.
- Almost complete absence of random "negative" events. Personally, I think the appearance of pests, rude people, or other minor annoyances is a "pleasant nuisance." Some events can be permanently resolved (for example, to eliminate mice, get a cat (bonus points if you can pet it))
- More minor world news, and news from the war zone.
- A purely personal wish: variable companion portraits. Portrait changes are related to changes in affinity or interest, and the ability to switch between them. Possible change after gifting foreign clothing. (I already saw a post about portrait changes for Willow.)
To sum it up: the game is amazing, as soon as I have the opportunity, I'll buy it (political reasons). Nice atmosphere, interesting story, beautiful characters. Thanks again for this game. (English isn't my primary language, so some things have been translated.) I respect any response to my conclusions, even if that response is the absence of one.
