How do i build and/or upgrade an outpost? Do i go for a patrol or it is in the Hire menu? I already got the Smithy dialogue about getting help from the merchants, but i cant figure out how to do it

In the bottom left corner of the screen is a hire button:
Click on that, and then click on the region you want to build an outpost in. The options are on the left side of the screen:
The three buttons at the bottm there let you build/upgrade, repair, and resupply.
If you are missing the hire button, you need to progress the story. You also can't build the outposts after the army leaves - but you can resupply / repair them while on patrol by clicking on the outpost button:

In the next version (2.5+) the bug about not being able to work on them during winter is fixed. Sorry about that! I'm hoping to get that version out on Itch.io this weekend as long as I don't run into any big problems!

1.The potion making is reworked in 2.5 but will continue to be a steady source of income. You eventually do make plenty of money from guests as well, but it's intended that potions be a major source of income.
2.Quite a few of the soldiers do buy potions, but not all of them. You can keep taking regular guests during the fall if you want - though obviously at a reduced rate. The army exclusive spells will eventually show up again from merchants in the spring (not implemented yet) and the army gear can be crafted by Ailis during the winter if you dont want to pay for them. Loot drops have been buffed significantly in 2.5, all loot is guaranteed and some monsters give multiple items now (including soldiers).
3. You can hire adventurers / soldiers to help you clear out danger in the different regions. This is also going to be expanded on soon with quests and additional objectives (and some boss fights!)

Personally i think the gameplay and content in both games are equally as good (I prefer the naughty stuff in Imouto fantasy more but that's purely personal prefference. Though this game has some real hot stuff too hehe x3), Just different in their own respective ways. Defo look forward to a 1.0 release of this game, think i am taking a break from this game until that happens but that's just because that way i'll have even more new and exciting content to play around with ^^

This is a good game. I'm interested in translating it into other languages (like Chinese). I wonder if the development team has considered this?
Ignoring the text contained in the images, the work required would likely involve implementing a multilingual manager, wrapping strings with multilingual functions, extracting the .po file, and translating it.
However, this would require some modification to the source code (string wrapping and dynamic string handling in the .tscn file). If there's a GitHub or GitLab project, I can try submitting a merge request for your review.
Official translations are coming! I don't have a full list of languages yet, but the steam version will include language options.
Nice, so is it confirmed that the game will release on the 11th of December? I'll give it a go when it does

I mean... the game is still in Alpha, ain't no way it comes out on steam in like 16 days
Oh sorry I didn't think it was a serious question. No steam release date yet, the game still has a lot of development ahead of it.
The steam page for it may be going up fairly soon though!
