No, you've reached the end of it for now. Next update will include the final dungeon (unlocked by the key pieces) as well as some new gear for completing it.
Now I'm at spring, but I assume there's nothing to do.
Also, does the seasons just keep repeating or are you planning on adding more?
And will my save files be invalidated once you're done with that? If so, a bit disheartening, but fine
People have been saying there's multiple totems..? I don't know how because I've only seen one. Same with the shack, I can't find the owner.

How did you trigger the broken blade quest? I've managed to get myself stuck in a loop - not sure what I'm doing wrong. Lucy and Scout both stuck at 300.

You got it, mid-winter is about where content ends - sort of. There are a few things might trigger later.
Once I get spring content in, the game will enter a more less endless state where the seasons will keep cycling but new content will get a lot sparser.
Save files are typically fine to carry forward, but obviously if anything gets added in earlier seasons you will miss stuff tied to specific times of the year (the army for example).
Shack's owner isn't in the game yet. There is one totem in the gnoll fields.

It's a little hard to see the buffs / debuffs in combat but when you have done gear maintenance you get +dmg to your attacks in combat scenarios. Very useful.

Can't say for certain - this is just personal observation.
Keep chipping away at mapping the zones. Eventually they will pop up (I think at 100%).
Scout will need to be part of your inn.
You will have to do a night patrol with scout.
i have all the map 100% and i've been spamming night patrol with scout but nothing happen
The first dungeon is in the meadows, need it 100% mapped. Patrol with Scout at night and she will eventually initiate an event that unlocks the first dungeon. If you dont jump straight in, you can click on the dungeon (at night) to enter it from the patrol screen. Make sure the local danger is below 50%. Once you clear a dungeon youll also get the option to visit them during the day with Lucy.
