For a first time, this was pretty good. Very cute game. Dialogues could use a little work, but otherwise, it was fine.
I know this is just meant to be a short story, but I could see this becoming a much larger project. Guy comes back to his hometown and starts meeting his old buddies and of course girls from the past. His ex is already in there, so that could be expanded on (like why she is hooking you up with her coworker instead of trying to get back with you herself). As well, the whole business side of things as he did come here from his work to start on a new project. Pepper in a little drama and this has the potential for a really nice larger story.
Of course, a lot would need to be reworked and expanded on to fit that, but either way, what is here now is still good. A simple date story with a cute girl.
In the end, nice work for your first time. Interested to check out your next project. Best of luck and thanks.

What's the trans content like? Or rather what are the plans for it? I only ask because I've been hunting for a game that has futa/trans on male content that doesn't revolve around femdom, sissifcation or NTR (ya'know, that whole dynamic), but it's proving to be quite a challenge.

Nice first time! Stuck to the stated goal without cliffhanger ending yet leaving open for more stories if needed. Nice touch on the twist she was his highschool classmate. It totally made the speed of things more believable for me.

I really like that one, her model is cute af, the whole thing is rather wholesome ... if it was just longer it might get on my fav list for good, as it is i'll remember it fondly and hope to see more from dev.

Yeah, dry/no lube into a virgin ass seems ... not a good time if you are not into pain... but i just put my headcanon to 'she might be virgin, but not without experience from toys so she is not completely unprepared'. It doesn't completely fix that situation but i can make it work.
yeah if i have to guess its might have been left over from the "dominate" path the dev say they was first planing to do and just didn't change it or something
