executables are like a big rar or zip archive, alongside everything you put in them, only works when you runned it

The question is whether the AV vendors Jinagmin and Zillya are trustworthy. I've never heard of these AV engines. Others are silent.

Full version exists in https://f95zone.to/threads/thedarck67-game-collection-v2023-02-21-thedarck67.149414/ which was last updated 8 months ago, so regardless of whether it is a virus or not, don't download it, currently running a scan with eset to see if it was falsely flagged or not

Edit: scan didn't show anything, but the fact this was even uploaded still remains suspicious
