I liked the update, didn't play a lot of it tho! only until I finished the poker, I decided to stop there until 0.7 is ready, but again, I love this game, the finished product will be incredible!
It's posts like these that are exactly why I added the pixelated police officer to the game.
The point of the diner quest is for MC to see a different side of Meredith. At home, she's this impossibly gentle, pillow of a woman, but in public she has to put on a persona to deal with the unwanted attention that comes her way. The “flirting” is largely directed AT her and for the most part, she tries to strike the right balance between being a good sport while not inviting unwanted trouble. Her motivation while she’s working is to try to maximize tips—not find dates for the prom, so she has learned how to be “friendly” but not “too friendly” and be able to bring out the appropriate amount of “sass” when required, as is the case when he slaps down the game devs, for example.
The payoff for that quest is Meredith reassuring him that he’s the only man in her life and then she rewards him with the famous tit job scene. The preamble for the Tit Job was changed to something like “Let Mommy do something to you that my customers only get to DREAM about.”
MC can optionally go back to the diner after this, sit down (without the fake mustache) and Meredith will take his order. For him (and ONLY him) she will turn the flirting up to eleven as a way to further demonstrate to him the difference in service her customers receive and the service her man receives.
That will never, ever happen.
I can't get Meredith to shower mid day/Shower The People You Love quest. Instead its telling me to be a fly on the wall at her work. Ive unlocked the boobjob

Someone already posted the answer...1: she talks to the chef thru the order window. 2: she talks to the 2 in the back. 3: she talk to the lone guy in the mid booth (but if go midday wearing the mustache and sitting there instead. it will be for you instead)

Unrelated: the sunbathing in the backyard, i've put the lotion on her but now i get the " putting ur unlubricated hands...." but i just can't figure out what to do? ( i thought going in the inventory and clicking there but that's not accessable and i've click ,what i think is, every option but i can't figure it out. Any pointers? ( yes i tried the pants thing)

Look up the new updated walkthru at the 1st page, there are requisite you need before it triggers
I'm working on a patch to fix several issues and I'm going to change where this is located to the other cabinet. I've heard from about 30 people who have had difficulty finding the cards. I'm also going to make the hints more specific and will give Meredith a line when she tells him to get the cards to say something like, "Sweetie... you know where we keep all the games."

One of the changes that was made after 0.6 is that Meredith's schedule changes after the mortgage is up to date so that Meredith works a normal shift. I believe this is mentioned in the Changelog, so after the BJ scene Meredith can now be found showering at Night.
I believe I've confirmed this. For Two Pair and Full House, which get scored differently than other hands because there is a primary card and a secondary card instead of just one High Card, I was comparing .Ordinal value, which would score an Ace as the lowest card instead of the .Mask property, which has Ace at the top.
I'll need to do some more testing on this, but this will be in 0.6.0.1.
